i have found nothing i didn't like about this place. i use to eat at Denny's and Duffy's, besides saving me a ton of money on what i eat, the atmosphere is friendly and inviting. i'm waited on promptly, i don't have to wait forever on my ice tea refill, dirty dishes are carted off in no time at all. My eating bill ranges from $8 to $16, that's the best deal of all.
I came in for breakfast this morning had the Grandma's omelette added some bacon was very good was a little long of a wait about an hour almost an hour but this isn't fast food and you know what by the time I start cooking at home by the time I'm done it's just as long if not longer. So I wasn't really too worried about the wait. The server lady in the cook lady or very nice the food was very good felt like being at Grandma's house. We'll definitely be coming back for breakfast again going to have to try dinner or lunch sometime.
Absolutely fantastic, both in flavor and portions. Service was definitely above average and makes up for the meh atmosphere.
The food was delicious. The service was impeccable. The staff were friendly and fast. Our party of six was seated immediately and well looked after we all enjoyed our orders. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Had a fantastic breakfast at The Diner. I ordered a freshly made pancake, french toast, eggs over easy and bacon. Best breakfast I've had in a decade.
The Diner is a hidden gem…period, full stop! Small crew, so be prepared to wait. The food quality & portions are off-the-chart AMAZING, so well worth the wait!! The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed & has a home town feel. We’re making it a monthly (at least!) tradition!! 😎
The food was really good. The service was great. Very attentive but not over attentive, I like that. Workers were super friendly and polite. Honestly best place I've eaten in aberdeen in a really long time. The food was priced well for what u get. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed it!!!!
The cook lady came to our table and asked how I liked my bacon cooked. Do I need to say anything more? Great food. Strawberry waffle is a must. The staff is perfectly imperfect. I can't wait to get back there.

Although it looks somewhat run-down, and to some people possibly sketchy, I would 100% recommend this place for their food and awesome staff. The prices are great too, and one can easily see that patrons are treated well and love the place. I trust locals when it comes to out-of-town cafes, so this place is tried and true to what many of us remember a diner should be like. If you are in Aberdeen and need a quick and inexpensive meal, you will not be disappointed!
